SILK Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026 Source language: Hebrew (this is a translation; if there is any conflict between the Hebrew text and this translation, the Hebrew text prevails)

1. About SILK

SILK is a marketplace where sellers open their own stores and list products in them, and buyers find products and contact sellers directly (via WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone) to complete the transaction. As of now, SILK does not process payments — all payment is carried out directly between the buyer and the seller.

The controller of the database and of the personal data processed through SILK is Archie Olimpiev, an individual operating under the SILK brand (the "Operator"). The Operator is not an incorporated company.

  • Email for privacy inquiries and exercising your rights: privacy@silk.co.il
  • General support: support@silk.co.il

Insofar as the mandatory local law of your country of residence grants you privacy rights that are additional to, or different from, those described in this policy, we will respect those rights to the extent required by that law.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all SILK services, including:

  • SILK's web application;
  • sellers' stores and the product catalog storefront;
  • placing orders (including guest orders, without registration);
  • communication between the platform and users (order notifications, support messages, and sign-in messages).

Our principles:

  • transparency and fairness;
  • data minimization — we collect only what is actually used by the platform, without "preparing in advance" for features that do not yet exist;
  • accuracy and confidentiality of stored data.

3. What data we collect

Below is the data SILK actually collects in the current version of the platform.

Providing personal data to SILK is voluntary; no law requires you to provide it to us. The consequences of not providing data are stated below where relevant. In general: without an email address (or signing in through Google) an account cannot be created, and without a name and phone number an order cannot be passed to the seller. You may decline to give consent to non-essential processing (analytics and marketing cookies, marketing messages) without affecting your basic use of the service. You have the right to access and correct data about you (see Section 11 below).

3.1 Account data

  • Phone number, if you enter it. Verification of the phone number by an SMS code is not currently active; a phone number you enter is stored but is not verified.
  • Full name and profile picture — filled in automatically from the data received when you sign in via Google, or entered manually by you.
  • Interface language and time zone (the time zone is reported by your browser and is used to send notifications at reasonable hours).
  • Role in the system — regular user, moderator, or admin.
  • "Seller" status is not stored separately: any user who has at least one store is considered a seller.
  • How you arrived at SILK. When you register, we record in your profile how you came to the sign-in form: the button or page that opened it, the page you were on (including, if you came from a store page, that store), whether you chose to open a store or to continue as a buyer, and the time of that choice. Unless you chose “Necessary only” in the cookie banner (Section 13), we also record the site you came from and the campaign parameters of the link (UTM and the click identifiers of Google and Meta ads). This information is kept in your profile for as long as your account exists and is removed when the account is deleted.

3.2 Sign-in and authentication data

  • Sign-in is possible via email (a one-time magic link sent to your email) or via Google OAuth. Sign-in via phone number (SMS code) has not been implemented.
  • The session is stored in secure server-side cookies, not in the browser's localStorage.
  • When signing in via Google, we receive from Google a name and, if available, a profile picture URL — only the data transferred by Google as part of the standard OAuth profile.

3.3 Store data (for sellers)

  • Store name, address (slug), description (in multiple languages), design, logo.
  • Contact channels with buyers — WhatsApp, Telegram, and/or phone, entered by the seller voluntarily so that buyers can contact them.
  • Store status and the status of the store's inclusion in the marketplace's general catalog — see Section 8 below.
  • Store market — currently the only active market is Israel (currency ILS, Hebrew language); there are currently no other active markets.

3.4 Product data

  • Product name and description (as entered and machine-translated into other languages), price, currency, condition (new/used), attributes, inventory, publication status, images.
  • This is data entered by the seller about their product. It is not intended to contain personal data of buyers, but a seller may choose to include personal details in a listing (for example, a name, a phone number, or images of people). The seller is responsible for having the right to publish them.

3.5 Order and buyer data

When placing an order — including a guest order without registration — we collect:

  • the buyer's name;
  • the buyer's phone — a required field, since this is the channel through which the seller contacts the buyer to complete the transaction;
  • the buyer's email — optional;
  • an optional note for the order;
  • the composition of the order (which products, in what quantity and at what price at the time of the order);
  • unless you chose “Necessary only” in the cookie banner — the site you came from and the campaign parameters of the link (UTM and ad click identifiers), so that we understand which channels and advertising bring orders (Section 13). This information is not transferred to the seller;
  • the order status and payment status (as of now SILK does not actually process payments — the payment status in the system is informational only, until a real payment integration is activated);
  • if the order was placed by a registered user — the order is linked to their account; if placed as a guest — the order is not linked to an account, but to a one-time cart token.

This data is transferred to the seller of the store where the order was placed, so that they can contact the buyer and complete the transaction. This is the core function of the platform, so the transfer to the seller is necessary to fulfill the buyer's request and is not optional.

Notice at the time of collection (Section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law): providing your name and phone number when placing an order is done voluntarily, but without them the order cannot be transferred to the seller. The data is stored in SILK's database and transferred to the seller of the store and to the service providers detailed in Section 6. By clicking the submit-order button (via any channel — on the website, WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone), you confirm that you have read this notice and agree to these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, even if you are not registered.

3.6 Shipping addresses

For registered users who save a shipping address: the recipient's name and phone, city, street, apartment, postal code, country, and free-text notes. Saved at the user's discretion (for reuse in future orders), and not necessarily linked to a specific order.

3.7 Payment data — for the future

SILK is not connected to any payment provider and does not process real payments. The system contains technical infrastructure prepared in advance for future payment transactions. Once a payment integration is activated, this policy will be updated to specify the payment provider and the terms for processing card/payment data.

3.8 Notifications and devices

  • Device token (for sending push notifications), platform type (iOS/Android/web), and additional device metadata.
  • Notification content (e.g., a message to a seller about a new order), and delivery/read status.
  • Email address — used to send you service messages (for example, sign-in links and order notifications) and, only with your separate consent, marketing messages (see Section 5).
  • Telegram — if you connect Telegram to your account, we store the identifier of your Telegram chat and the details Telegram provides so that we can send you notifications there.
  • Collected only when the relevant features are used, and retained until you disable them or the device is deleted.

3.9 Support messages

If you contact support through the platform (as a registered user or as a guest), we store your message, an identifier of your account or of your browser, and, if you choose to provide it, an email address or a Telegram contact for replies. Support messages are forwarded to the Operator, including via Telegram.

3.10 Reviews

If you post a review (a rating, text, and photos), it is linked to your account and shown publicly together with your display name and profile picture.

3.11 Technical and analytics data

  • IP address and device data required to operate the session and to protect against abuse (e.g., CSRF protection for the session cookie).
  • Technical operational logs of the application (server/database logs) and application error reports.
  • SILK's own analytics. SILK records events of use of the platform in its own database: page views (page path and referrer) and actions such as steps of signing in, onboarding progress, creating a store or a product, adding to a cart, starting and placing an order, and interaction with consent prompts. Each event is linked to an identifier of your visit (stored in your browser for the duration of the visit) and, if you are signed in, to your account. Events that describe browsing on the site (such as page views) are recorded only after you consent to analytics cookies; events that describe your actions in your account (such as creating a store or a product) are recorded as an operational log without separate consent. We use this data to operate the service, understand how it is used, find errors, and improve it. The first arrival event of a visit also records the site you came from and the campaign parameters of the link (UTM and the click identifiers of Google and Meta ads), unless you chose “Necessary only”; Section 13 describes when exactly this is recorded.
  • Visit analytics by third parties: Vercel Analytics (always, without cookies) and, subject to your consent via the cookie banner, Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity, as well as advertising measurement and remarketing data via Meta Pixel and OpenAI Ads Pixel — see Section 13 below for full details.

3.12 Information displayed publicly

The following is displayed publicly on the platform, without signing in, and may be indexed by search engines, copied, cached, or shared onward by third parties, outside our control:

  • the store page: the store name and address, description, logo, design, and the products with their images, descriptions, and prices;
  • the contact channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, and/or phone) that the seller specified so that buyers can contact them — a seller should specify only details they are willing to publish;
  • reviews, together with the reviewer's display name, profile picture, rating, text, and photos (Section 3.10);
  • versions of these pages in other languages, including machine translations.

Your account email address, phone number, and Telegram username are not published, unless you list them as a contact channel above — including if they are the same details used to verify your account. Removing content from the platform does not remove copies that third parties have already made or indexed (see Section 4.2 of the Terms of Service).

3.13 Operational notifications to the Operator

To operate, secure, and support the service, SILK sends operational notifications about key events to the Operator through a private Telegram group. Depending on the event, a notification may include: the name and email address of the user concerned, the sign-in method and language, and how the user arrived (Section 3.1); the creation and updating of stores, products, and reviews; reports about content; an order, including the buyer's name, phone number, note, the order amount, the store, and how the buyer arrived at the site (if recorded, Section 3.5); support messages; an account deletion, including the addresses of the deleted stores and the reason and comment, if you chose to provide them; and technical errors. Telegram processes these notifications as a service provider (Section 6.2).

4. Legal bases and purposes of processing

4.1 Based on contract (fulfilling the user's request)

  • providing the platform's functionality (creating a store, listing products, placing an order);
  • transferring order data (name, phone, order composition) to the seller so they can contact the buyer;
  • sending service messages (for example, sign-in links, order notifications, and updates to the Terms of Service or to this policy) — these are not marketing messages, and they are sent even if you have withdrawn your consent to marketing messages;
  • responding to your support messages.

4.2 Based on consent

  • signing in via Google OAuth (the user initiates this themselves, explicitly);
  • push notifications (require explicit approval at the device/browser level);
  • analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, OpenAI Ads Pixel) and recording browsing events in SILK's own analytics — via the cookie banner, see Section 13 below;
  • recording where you came from (the site and the link's campaign parameters) — based on consent inferred from your continued use of the site after the cookie banner informs you of it, unless you choose “Necessary only” (Section 13);
  • marketing messages by email or Telegram (for example, reminders and offers) — via a separate, unchecked box; you can withdraw your consent at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in every such message.

4.3 Purposes necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service

These purposes are directly related to operating the service, and are described here in advance so that you know of them when you use it:

  • securing the platform, preventing fraud and abuse, detecting bots and automated data collection;
  • enforcing the Terms of Service — including suspension, blocking, and preventing re-registration of blocked users (see Section 10);
  • establishing, exercising, or defending against legal claims and demands;
  • internal analysis of the operational log of actions in accounts, error handling, service improvement, and feature development (see Section 7);
  • operational monitoring and support of the service, including notifications to the Operator about key events (Section 3.13);
  • complying with legal, regulatory, and authority requirements.

5. How SILK records consent

Registered users. On first sign-in to an account, and each time a new, material version of the Terms of Service or of this policy is published, the user is required to actively confirm (by checking a box that is not pre-checked) the current documents before continuing to use the service. SILK records every such confirmation in an immutable record: the user's identity, the document version, its language, the time of confirmation, the IP address, and the browser identifier (user agent). These records are retained for as long as the account exists and for 7 years after the account is deleted, for evidentiary purposes, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal requirements, and constitute prima facie evidence of the giving of consent and of its content.

Guest buyers. In the absence of an account, consent to the Terms of Service and to this policy is given by clicking the submit-order button, after an explicit notice with links to the documents is displayed near the button (see Section 3.5). SILK records the time of the order and its details.

Consent to marketing messages is collected separately, in a separate box that is not pre-checked, and is not a condition for using the service; SILK records every choice (consent or refusal) in a separate record with the time, IP, and browser identifier, retained on the same terms as above. Each marketing message contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing is recorded as withdrawal of consent. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not stop service messages (Section 4.1).

Separate, immediate (opt-in) consent to analytics and marketing cookies is collected via the cookie banner — see Section 13 below — and is stored locally in your browser, not in the database.

6. Who we share data with

6.1 The store's seller

When you place an order (including as a guest), we transfer to the seller of the selected store: your name, your phone number, your email (if you provided it), the order note, and the order composition — so that the seller can contact you and complete the transaction. This is at the core of how SILK operates, and is not an optional data transfer.

For the copy of the order information that the seller receives, the seller is an independent controller and must process it under the law that applies to the seller. SILK does not determine the seller's independent processing after the information is transferred, but requires sellers, under the Terms of Service, to use the information only to handle the order, provide customer service, and meet legal duties. The seller's obligations regarding this information are set out in Section 3.3 of the Terms of Service.

6.2 Service providers

  • Supabase — SILK's database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase's infrastructure, in a data center in the European Union. Data: all the data described in this policy.
  • Vercel — the website's hosting provider; also operates Vercel Analytics (see Section 13). Data: technical request data (IP address, device data) and page views.
  • Resend — sending emails on our behalf (sign-in links, order notifications, and, with your consent, marketing messages). Data: email address, name, and the content of the message (for example, a sign-in link or order details).
  • Telegram — delivery of notifications and support messages through Telegram, if you connect Telegram to your account, and receipt of support messages and operational notifications by the Operator (Section 3.13). Data: the content of the messages, the Telegram chat identifier, and the details Telegram provides.
  • Google — signing in via Google (a limited set of profile data — name and profile picture — is transferred to us by Google); machine translation of texts (Google Translate); and, subject to your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC).
  • DeepL — machine translation of texts.
  • Bird (bird.com) — sending a verification code by SMS in order to verify a phone number, if and when this feature is enabled (it is not active as of this policy). Data: the phone number entered for verification and the verification code.
  • Microsoft (subject to your consent, Microsoft Clarity) — usage and behavior data on the website.
  • Meta (subject to your consent, Meta Pixel) — Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (and/or Meta Platforms, Inc., depending on your location) receives usage and behavior data on the website — including product views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, and order completion (without payment details, which SILK does not process) — for the purpose of measuring advertising effectiveness and remarketing on the Facebook/Instagram platforms.
  • OpenAI (subject to your consent, OpenAI Ads Pixel) — advertising measurement data for campaigns on OpenAI properties.

The translation services (Google Translate and DeepL) receive the texts entered by sellers (names and descriptions of stores and products) in order to translate them; if a seller included personal details in such a text, they are transferred as well. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6.3 Government authorities and legal purposes

We transfer data to government authorities where required by law (for example, by a court order). In addition, to the extent permitted by law, we may disclose the minimum data necessary: (a) to our lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisors, who are bound by a duty of confidentiality; (b) to establish, exercise, or defend against a legal claim; (c) where we believe in good faith that this is necessary to prevent or investigate fraud or abuse, to enforce the Terms of Service, or to protect the safety of a person.

6.4 Limitation of liability for third-party actions

SILK transfers data to sellers and service providers only to the extent required to operate the platform. We bear no liability for the actions of third parties that violate their obligations, provided that SILK has fulfilled its duties to ensure information security.

6.5 Change of operator or of ownership

If SILK is transferred — including to a legal entity that the Operator establishes in order to continue operating the platform, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or restructuring — the data will be transferred to the party that takes over the operation of the platform, and that party will be bound by this policy with respect to the transferred data. We will notify users (by publication on the website and/or by email) and, where practicable, before the transfer takes place. Any use of the data for a materially different purpose will be subject to Section 15.

7. Use of platform data for SILK's business purposes

SILK may use data generated on the platform for its business purposes. We distinguish this right by the type of data:

  • Catalog and product data (names, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, categories) — is generally not personal data. SILK may use it in accordance with the license under Section 4 of the Terms of Service, including displaying it in the general catalog, transferring it to external platforms (search engines, feeds, advertising networks), translating and automatically processing it, and training recommendation, search, and artificial intelligence systems. To the extent that such content includes personal details (for example, a name, a phone number, or an image of a person), it is treated as personal data and this policy applies to it.
  • Aggregated and anonymous data (for example: how many products in a given category sell on average, which categories are growing, anonymous activity statistics) — SILK may use this broadly and without time limitation: for analysis, for developing new product features (including training statistical models and artificial intelligence), and for revenue-generating activity (for example, market reports, benchmarking metrics for sellers, targeted advertising), without further consent, since this data does not allow identification of a specific user. SILK may derive such data from personal data through anonymization, and the derivation itself is a legitimate processing activity.
  • Personal data (data of a specific buyer or seller) — is used only within the purposes described in Section 4 of this policy, and is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes without separate consent.

8. Listing products in the marketplace's general catalog

Sellers list products in their stores. SILK has the technical capability to include products in the marketplace's general catalog — a showcase, search, and cross-store display of products from all stores, not limited to a single store.

As of the publication date of this policy, the general catalog is not active — no product is displayed outside its own store. If and when SILK activates this feature:

  • the decision to include a specific store/product in the general catalog is made by SILK, not by the seller;
  • images and product descriptions included in the general catalog will be processed in the same way as within a separate store — for the purposes of this policy, publication in the general catalog does not change the category or scope of personal data collected, since the product listing itself (unlike an order) does not contain a buyer's personal data.

9. International data transfer and activity outside Israel

Your data is stored in Supabase data centers in the European Union, outside Israel. Some of our other service providers (for example Vercel, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Resend, DeepL, and Telegram) may process data in other countries, including the United States.

The platform is accessible to, and used by, users outside Israel as well. The principles and protections described in this policy apply generally to all users of the platform, regardless of their location. Where the mandatory local law that applies to you grants you additional or different rights than those described here, those rights apply to the extent required by that law. If and when SILK establishes a dedicated, localized offering for a particular market — for example, a local legal entity, local data storage, or a market-specific version of this policy — users of that market will be notified, and this policy will be updated or supplemented accordingly, as needed, before that offering launches.

10. Data retention periods

  • Profile and store data (including the information about how you arrived, Section 3.1) — for as long as the account is active, and after its closure or termination (by you or by SILK) — for the period required for dispute resolution, auditing, backup, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Identifiers of blocked users (email, phone, IP addresses, device and browser identifiers) — without time limitation, to the minimum extent required to enforce the block and prevent re-registration in violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Consent records (consent to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and choices regarding marketing messages) — for as long as the account exists, and for 7 years after the account is deleted.
  • SILK's own analytics events — 13 months from the time of the event, after which they are deleted automatically.
  • Technical error reports — up to 60 days (up to 14 days after being marked as resolved).
  • Content that was removed or whose store was closed — SILK may permanently delete it at any time and is not required to provide a copy; copies may remain in backups, caches, and third-party systems to which it was lawfully transferred, as described in Section 4.2 of the Terms of Service.
  • Order data (including guest orders) — up to 3 years from the date of the order, to resolve disputes between the buyer and the seller and to handle claims; afterwards, the buyer's identifying details in the order (name, phone, email, note) are deleted or anonymized. A longer period applies only if required by law.
  • Support messages — up to 3 years from the last message in the inquiry, and then deleted.
  • Inactive accounts — we reserve the right to delete accounts, stores, and content that have been inactive for a prolonged period, at our discretion. Where possible, we will send advance notice to the registered email address.
  • Some data may be retained for a longer period if required by law (for example, for accounting and tax purposes).

11. Your rights

  • Right of access — to request a copy of your data.
  • Right of rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right of erasure — to request deletion of data, unless it is required to perform a contract, to enforce the Terms of Service (including retaining blocking identifiers), to establish or defend against claims, for backup, or by law. Erasure does not apply to aggregated and anonymous data, to non-personal catalog and product data, and to orders that have already been transferred to the seller (the seller has independent control over the copy they received). You can also delete your account yourself in the account settings of the platform: this deletes your profile, your stores, and your sign-in; data that we retain under Section 10 (for example, consent records) is retained for the period stated there.
  • Right to restrict processing — to suspend the use of data that is in dispute.
  • Right to data portability — to receive, insofar as technically feasible, the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, with respect to data you provided on the basis of your consent or in order to perform a contract.
  • Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent to non-essential processing (for example, push notifications, signing in via Google, marketing messages, or analytics and marketing cookies — via "cookie settings") at any time, without any effect on basic use of the platform, except for features that technically require this consent.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent privacy protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).

To exercise these rights, contact the email address in Section 16. SILK may require reasonable identity verification before handling the request, and will respond within the period prescribed by law. Repeated, unreasonable, or excessive requests may be denied or may be subject to a reasonable fee, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Data security

  • We implement technical protection measures appropriate to the scale of the platform (connection encryption, and access to the database restricted at the level of row-level security policies — by default, a user sees only their own data or data explicitly intended for public display).
  • Access to data within the SILK team is restricted by role (user, moderator, admin).
  • In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will act in accordance with the reporting duties that apply to us under law, including immediate reporting to the Privacy Protection Authority of a serious security incident where such a duty applies to the database, and we will notify you to the extent required by law, by the Authority's instructions, or by the severity of the incident.
  • SILK bears no liability for failures in service delivery or data protection caused by force majeure circumstances (including cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or natural disasters), provided that we have taken all reasonable measures to prevent such incidents.

13. Use of cookies, analytics, and advertising

Technically necessary cookies and operational records. SILK uses cookies to operate the session (signing in to an account, maintaining the session, CSRF protection, interface language). These cookies and the server/database records necessary to create and operate an account, store, product, or order are always active. They are not used for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling.

Vercel Analytics (no cookies). SILK uses Vercel Analytics — a service of the infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.) that does not use cookies. Vercel identifies a visitor by a hash created from the incoming request, and this identifier is discarded after 24 hours. For each page view, Vercel may store the time, page address and referrer, approximate location, and device/browser information for aggregated statistics. Since this tool does not use cookies, it operates without a separate cookie consent.

Where you came from (analytics and advertising). The cookie banner informs you that SILK records the site you came from and the campaign parameters of the link you followed (UTM and the click identifiers of Google and Meta ads), so that we understand which channels and advertising bring users and orders. If, after the banner is displayed, you continue to use the site — move to another page, sign in, or place an order — without choosing “Necessary only”, SILK records this information in its own database: in the visit's arrival event (Section 3.11) and, if during that visit you register or place an order, also in your profile (Section 3.1) or in the order (Section 3.5), and in the operational notification to the Operator (Section 3.13). It is not transferred to sellers or to advertising platforms, and it is not used to target or contact you personally. Until the banner is displayed, or if you choose “Necessary only”, this information stays only in your browser tab and is not sent to SILK. Choosing “Necessary only” stops this recording, and SILK deletes the arrival event recorded during the current visit; information already recorded in a profile or an order can be deleted on request (Section 11).

Optional analytics and marketing cookies. Only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner may SILK load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. / Microsoft Corporation), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.), and OpenAI Ads Pixel (OpenAI, L.L.C. and its relevant affiliates). These tools may measure pages viewed, navigation, errors, product views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, order completion, and store-created conversion events; Meta and OpenAI may use permitted information to measure advertising effectiveness and, where their services support it, remarketing. SILK does not send payment details through these pixels.

If you choose “Necessary only”, these optional tools and SILK's browser browsing-event analytics do not load, and the recording of where you came from stops (see above); refusal does not restrict site functions. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer or the “Security and rules” area of your account. Withdrawal stops the tools from loading; the page may reload and SILK deletes known GA/Clarity/Meta cookies. The optional choice is stored locally in your browser, not in SILK's database.

14. Minors

Registering with SILK and opening a store are available only to users aged 18 and over. By registering, you represent and confirm that you are 18 or older. Placing an order as a guest is intended for users aged 18 and over, or for a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor. If we become aware that personal data of a minor under this age was collected without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will act to delete it as soon as possible.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change anything in this policy, we will publish the updated text on the website and you may review it at any time.

Insofar as the change involves a material change in the purpose of data processing, in the types of personal data collected, or in the identity of the party to whom the data is transferred (for example: a new payment provider, a new use of data for marketing purposes) — we will notify you of this reasonably before the change takes effect with respect to you, and will request renewed consent. Non-material changes (for example, wording, clarity, updating contact details, expanding the description of existing processing) will take effect upon publication. SILK determines, at its reasonable discretion, whether a change is material.

16. Contact

For questions and complaints related to the processing of personal data, send an email to privacy@silk.co.il. The Operator: Archie Olimpiev.
